Refereeing in football is hard work

Just like the umpires on the cricket field, the job of referees in football is also a thankless job. As much as the players are praised by the spectators for their good performances, they are just as silent about the match officials. There is no room for praise. A decision can be highly contested. From footballers to coaches, fans have to face the wrath. For a time, men were thought of as referees on the football field. With the passage of time, women have also entered this work. And so after the last World Cup, Yamashita Yoshimi has been trusted in the AFC Asian Games.
