Pakistan cricketer Mohammad Haris had to return home with his dream of playing in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) dashed. Chittagong Challengers dropped the plan to play him as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) did not give permission. A statement from the franchise team of the BPL on Sunday announced the release of Harris. He left for Pakistan by night flight.


Pakistani cricketers have been playing in the Bangladesh Premier League for the past few years. Faheem Ashraf is playing for Khulna Tigers in the current BPL.
